Video: New Jersey mayor's daughter, a 32-year-old middle school teacher, is arrested for having 'sexual contact' with a student under the age of 16
Stephanie Carafa, 32, was charged with exchanging explicit photos and videos with a minor. Carafa is a teacher at Thomas Jefferson High School in New Jersey. She is also the daughter of Lodi's mayor.
